热化学分离撬装式含聚油泥处理装置 被引量:3

摘要 针对聚驱油田现场含聚油泥处理难度大、污染环境的问题,采用研制的油泥分离剂,根据热化学分离处理技术原理,按照海上平台设备的防爆要求,研制出撬装式含聚油泥处理装置,装置取得了中国船级社检验合格报告。13台(套)主设备布置在3个撬装上,设备处理能力5 m3/d。平均含油14.89%~34.58%的含聚油泥经该装置处理后,污泥残油可降至0.21%~0.65%,处理完成后,上层原油回收,下层泥水研磨回注。在陆上终端厂、海上平台连续试验结果显示,装置运行稳定,处理效果良好,环保效益显著,达到了设计要求。 Aimed at the problems of difficult treatment,environmental pollution and resource waste of oily sludge containing polymer existing in polymer-flooding oil field,according to the explosion-proof requirements in offshore platform,a new skid-mounted treatment device is designed,which gets the qualification test report certified by China Classification Society Forensics.The theory of the device is mainly thermo-chemical separation technology by applying the researched oil sludge separation agent.Thirteen primary devices are distributed on three skid mount packages,and the processing capacity is5m3/d.The residual oil in the oily sludge containing polymer can be reduced from 14.89%-34.58%wt to 0.21%-0.65%wt after being disposed by this device.Meanwhile the upper oil is recovered and the lower mud water is re-injected after grinding,which is a significantly benefit to environment.The results by being continuous tested in the onshore terminal factory and offshore platform show the advantages of stable operation and good treatment effects,and the device reaches the designed requirement.
