摘要
近年来我国高师院校音乐教师专业素质不断提升,但仍存在自我意愿消极、学习意识淡薄、科研意识与创新意识滞后等现象。高师音乐教育既有的教育模式、课程体系、人文素质教育等因素对高师院校音乐教师专业素质有很大的影响。因此,需要进一步开展专门化的高师音乐教师职前培养,坚持高师音乐教师职前培养和职后教育的连贯性,建立研培一体的高师音乐教师专业发展新机制。
Recent years have witnessed an increase in professional quality among college music teachers. How- ever, negative factors like low motivation, thin consciousness in learning, scientific research and innovation etc. still exist. Highly influential factors upon college music teachers' professional quality include music education model, curriculum structure, cultural quality education. The current situation calls for the need to further develop the formal training and vocational training, to establish coherence between pre-vocational training and vocational training, and to integrate scientific research and vocational training into the current professional development mechanism.
