摘要
以往对于泡沫油采收率影响因素的研究多限于定性描述,通过设计10组稠油衰竭实验,定量化地研究了降压速度、溶解气油比、原油黏度对泡沫油采收率的影响。根据实验结果,运用多元回归,建立了无因次泡沫油采收率(Re D)与无因次降压速度(Δpr D)、无因次溶解气油比(Rs D)和无因次原油黏度(μD)之间的数学表达式,得到了临界降压速度、临界溶解气油比和临界原油黏度分别为0.004 MPa/min、5 m3/m3、72 m Pa·s。得到lnΔpr D、lnRs D和lnμD对lnRe D的影响权重分别为0.548、0.257和0.195。由此可知,在泡沫油开发中,提高降压速度对提高泡沫油采收率最有效。这对于稠油油藏确定合理的开发操作策略,实现经济高效开发具有重要指导意义。
Most of the previous studies of foamy-oil recovery were qualitative. A series of experiments were conducted to quantify the foamy oil recovery under different conditions,including pressure depletion rate,solution gas-oil ratio( solution GOR),and oil viscosity,etc. Based on the experimental results,the critical value of pressure depletion rate,solution GOR and oil viscosity were obtained,which were 0. 004 MPa / min,5m3/ m3,and 72 m Pa·s,respectively. Multiple regression analysis was used to establish a mathematical expression of the relationship between dimensionless foamy oil recovery( Re D) with the main affecting factors,such as the dimensionless pressure depletion rate( Δpr D),the dimensionless solution GOR( Rs D) and the dimensionless oil viscosity( μD).The computing results show that the impacting weights of lnΔpr D,lnRs Dand lnμDon lnRe Dare 0. 548,0. 257 and0. 195,respectively,which indicates that improving pressure depletion rate is the most effective approach to enhance the foamy oil recovery. The above knowledge has an important guiding significance to determine a reasonable strategy and achieve cost-effective development in heavy oil reservoirs.
