摘要
以苏州市312国道姑苏区段改造为例,分析其在城镇化进程的背景下,从公路向城市道路功能转变的缘由。在设计层面,结合案例,就道路功能定位的确定、慢行交通体系的构建、关键节点的处理、公共交通的优化、与轨道的衔接、管线综合的完善等改造的关键技术问题展开论述,指出公路市政化改造应先做好道路功能定位转变的论证,改变以机动车为主导的设计理念。
Taking Suzhou National Highway 312(Gusu Area Secion) reconstruction for example,the changing reasons from highway to urban road under rapid urbanization process in China are analyzed in this paper. From the design aspect and combined with the case, several key technique issues are discussed including the determination of road function position, the building of nonmotorized traffic system, the handling of key nodes, the optimization of public traffic, the connection between urban road and rail transit and the pipeline integration, etc. The conclusions reveal that the argument of road function position changing should be done fi rstly for the reconstruction from highway to urban road, and the motor-oriented design concept should be changed totally.
