摘要
目的：建立测定芪参安胃口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱法,以加强对制剂的质量控制。方法：采用Kromasil十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,色谱柱采用C18柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）,乙腈-水（V∶V=32∶68）为流动相;采用蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。结果：黄芪甲苷进样量在5.024 0-74.520 0μg范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为97.07%,相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.27%。结论：本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于芪参安胃口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC method for determination of Astragaloside A in Qishen Anwei oral solution in order to strengthen the quality control on the preparation. METHODS： The determination of Astragaloside A in Qishen Anwei oral solution was performed on C18 chromatographic column（ 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with Kromasil octadecylsilane bonded silica as a filler,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（ V ∶ V = 32 ∶ 68） using evaporative light scattering detector. RESULTS： The linear range of the Astragaloside A was 5. 024 0-74. 520 0 μg（ r = 0. 999 6） with an average recovery rate of 97. 07% and RSD of 1. 27%. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and it can be used for the determination Astragaloside A in Qishen Anwei oral solution.
