摘要
目的观察子午流注开穴法对糖尿周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将60例证属肝肾亏虚,络脉瘀阻的DPN患者,在给予基础治疗的同时,治疗组给予子午流注开穴法治疗,对照组给予普通针刺治疗。15天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。对患者的多伦多临床积分、中医症状、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压进行观察。结果治疗组患者的多伦多临床评分、中医症候积分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血压等指标比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05),且治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论子午流注开穴治疗法治疗肝肾亏虚,络脉痹阻型糖尿病周围神经病变患者安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture thrapy in treating diabetic perpheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Based on the basic treatment, the treatment group was given midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture thrapy. The control group was treated with acupuncture. Treatment lasted one month. The changes in the Toronto Clinical Scoring System（TCSS）, TCM syndrome integral, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism and blood pressure were observed in the patients one months later. Results The treatment group obviously relieve the patients＇ TCSS and TCM syndrome integral. The difference between the two group was significant（P〈0.01 or 0.05）. Besides, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were no differences after treatment between the tow groups（P〉0.05）, and the process did not appear any side effects. Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture thrapy is an effective and safe treatment for diabetic neuropathy of syndrome of liver-kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
