摘要
论文以全国31所省级公共图书馆为研究对象,采用图书馆网站(页)调查、实时参考咨询、文献查阅等方法,调查了省级公共图书馆的文化志愿服务的开展情况,认为图书馆开始招募文化志愿者,为其日常管理、讲座、展览、阅读推广活动、文化助残等活动提供服务,取得了一定的成效,但存在以下问题:文化志愿服务未从图书馆志愿服务中细分出来形成专业化趋势;没有建立专门的文化志愿者网站;文化志愿者参与公共图书馆文化服务内容较狭窄、方式较单一;文化志愿服务趋于同质化,较少形成自身的特色文化品牌。
This paper takes 31 provincial public libraries as a research subject. It investigates the cuhural volunteer services＇ development situation by using the library website survey, the real-time reference consultation, methods of literature review and so on. It concludes that the majority of the provincial public libraries began to recruit volunteers to provide service for libraries＇ daily management, the lectures, exhibitions, reading promotion activities, cultural handicap activities, and achieved certain results. But there are problems as followed. Cultural volunteering didn＇t separate from the library volunteer service and formed the specialization trends. They didn＇t establish the specific cultural volunteer sites. The content of cultural services is relatively narrow and the ways are single that cultural volunteers participate in public libraries. Cultural volunteer services tend to be homogeneous, and is short of their own characteristic cultural brands.
