摘要 以合肥学院食品科学与工程专业为研究对象,对当前就业现状产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了提高就业质量和竞争力的对策与建议,为今后更好地做好食品科学与工程专业毕业生的就业工作提供参考。 Taking food science and engineering specialty in Hefei University as the research object, the reasons of the current employment situation were analyzed. Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of employment and competitiveness. These could provide refenrence to act as the employment work of the graduates of food science and engineering better in the future.
