计及资源与时间约束的自动需求响应模型 被引量:2

Auto-DR Model Considering Resources and Time Constraints

摘要 需求响应(demand response,DR)对能源经济发展、资源与能源节约以及环境保护具有重要的战略意义,而如何实现自动化DR还有待进一步研究。首先从电力用户响应成本、企业生产特性、响应时间这3个方面研究了DR的影响因素;其次在变量分析及以可持续中断供电时间划分用户群的基础上,以停电时间与缺电功率为约束条件、以参与DR的企业用户为变量、以停电总成本最小为目标函数,采取由简入繁的思路逐步建立2种情形下的数学模型;最后根据停电时间的不同选取2种典型算例以验证这2种模型的有效性。 Demand response( DR) has important significance to energy and economic development,resource and energy saving,as w ell as environmental protection; how ever how to realize Auto-DR still need further study. First,the influence factors of DR w ere analyzed from three aspects of response cost,enterprise production characteristics,and response time.Second,on the basis of the variable analysis and the user division according to sustainable interruption time of pow er supply,the models of Auto-DR in 2 cases w ere proposed w ith using the idea ‘from simple to complex ',in w hich the pow er enterprises that w ere chosen to participate in DR w ere set as variables,and the minimum total outage cost w as set as the objective function,w ith the constraint conditions of pow er outage time and active pow er. Finally,according to different outage time,tw o cases w ere chosen to verify the validities of these tw o models.
