大型海上风电场并网接入方案研究 被引量:32

Grid Connected Solution for Large Offshore Wind Farm

摘要 目前,我国海上风电正处于建设初期,随着国家海上风电政策逐步明朗化,我国海上风电将迎来大发展时期。在综合考虑并分析了影响海上风电并网的相关因素:装机规模、送电距离、并网方式、海底电缆输电能力、电网网架、风电无功配置等,经技术经济比较后,提出了4个典型的海上风电场并网接入方案。并网方案的提出可为当前在建和规划建设的我国海上风电场的并网设计方案提供一整套解决方案,规范系统方案,明确风电送出方案的设计原则与思路,可以有效提高设计水平和效率,保障电源电网安全稳定运行,实现风电与电网的协调发展。 At present,the offshore w ind pow er in China is in the initial stage of construction. Along w ith the gradually clear policy of the offshore w ind pow er in China,the offshore w ind pow er in China w ill usher in a new round of large-scale development. Based on the comprehensive consideration and analysis of the related factors affecting the grid connection of offshore w ind pow er: the installed capacity,the transmission distance,the grid connected mode,the transmission capacity of submarine cable,the grid structure,the reactive pow er configuration of w ind pow er and so on,this paper proposed 4 typical grid connected solutions for offshore w ind farm,through economic and technical comparison. The proposed grid connected solutions can provide a complete solution for grid connected schemes of offshore w ind farm in building or planning,standardize the system scheme,clear the design principle and idea of w ind pow er transmission scheme,effectively improve the design level and efficiency,ensure the safe and stable operation of pow er grid,and realize the coordinated development of w ind pow er and grid.
