摘要论文从人员和机构、服务内容、支持力量、组织结构变化、评价手段及对机构和作者影响等方面对国外大学图书馆的学术交流服务实践进行了分析总结。在此基础上,提出对国内大学图书馆开展学术交流服务的几点启示。 This paper analyzes and concludes the practices of scholarly communication services in foreign academic libraries, which including staff and organization, services, support, organizational changes, assessment and the impact on authors and institutions. Meanwhile, revelations are proposed for domestic academic libraries to develop scholarly communication services.
