摘要 通过对矸石粉煤灰、矸石黄土作为固体充填材料的胶结性能的实验研究,分析矸石粉煤灰、矸石黄土充填体强度性能,并以水泥作为胶结材料,重点分析了水泥对矸石黄土固体充填材料的强度影响。实验结果表明,以矸石黄土进行固体充填,充填体强度高于矸石粉煤灰充填体;在矸石黄土固体充填材料中加入水泥,并随着掺量的增加,充填体强度特别是早期强度得到大幅度提高,且可缩短充填采煤周期,降低生产成本。 Through the experiment study of bond performance of coal gangue fly ash, coal gangue loess as solid filling material performance, the strength of filling body performance of coal gangue fly ash, coal gangue loess were analyzed, cement was taken as the bond material, the strength influence of cement to gangue loess solid filling material was analyzed. The experiment result showed that the filling strength of coal gangue loess as solid filling material was stronger than gangue fly ash, adding the cement into gangue loess solid filling material, with the increase of dosage, filling body strength, especially the early strength improved greatly, shortened the filling mining period and reduced the production cost.
