摘要
基于截割部摇臂齿轮箱作为传递动力的装置在采煤机组成中的重要性,从安装方式、受力受振动情况、工作环境等方面分析了其易产生故障的原因。根据故障类型及产生原因,在工作实践中可以有针对性的进行预防或者及时采取相应措施,保证采煤机组的正常运行,提高生产效率。
Based on the importance of cutting unit rocker gear box as power device in mining machine, the reasons for failure was analyzed from installation, mechanical vibration condition, working environment. According to the failure types and causes, targeted prevention or corresponding measures in time could be taken, which ensured the normal operation of mining machine and improve the production rare.
