摘要
目的:确定益母草颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法:以正交法优选益母草颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺条件,以最佳提取工艺条件进行制剂工艺研究。结果:取处方量的益母草中药,加10倍水煎煮2次,l h/次,合并煎液,静置,滤过,煎煮浓缩至相对密度为1.21-1.25(80℃)的清膏,加入适量的糊精及红糖粉以80%乙醇溶液为湿润剂制成颗粒,干燥,即得。结论:该制备方法简单可行,所得制剂质量稳定,可作为益母草颗粒剂的制备工艺。
Objective:To determine the feasible preparation technology of the YiMuCao (Leonurus Artemisia) granules. Methods:The optimum extraction conditions of YiMuCao granules were determined by orthogonal test and used to study the preparation technology. Results:YiMuCao selected by the recipe dosage was boiled twice in water 10 times the quantity of the herbs and 1 hour each time;two pieces of decoctions were mixed, quietly placed, filtered and boiled again to concentrate into the fluid with the relative density of 1.21-1.25 (80℃), which was added amount of dextrin and brown sugar powders. The obtained mixture was granulated with 80%ethanol as wetting agent and dried, which was YiMuCao granules. Conclusion:The preparation technology was simple, convenient and feasible, and properties of the granules prepared by it were stable, so this technology can be used to prepare YiMuCao gran ules.
