摘要
目的:观察食疗辅助治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将106例口腔溃疡患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例。2组均给予常规对症治疗,观察组同时给予食疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效27例(50.94%),有效22例(41.51%),无效4例(7.55%),总有效率92.45%;对照组显效21例(39.62%),有效20例(37.74%),无效12例(22.64%),总有效率77.36%。2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口腔溃疡患者在采用常规对症治疗的同时,辅以食疗方法,有利于口腔溃疡愈合,疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the auxiliary dietotherapeutical treatment on the oral ulcer patients. Methods: Totally 106 patients of oral ulcer randomized into the observation group and the control group with 53 cases in each group. With the conventional symptomatic treatment administered in both groups and the dietotherapy added to the control group, the therapeutic effects of the patients in both groups were observed and compared. Results: In the observation group, 27 cases (50.94%) were markedly effective, 22 cases (41.51%) effective, 4 cases (7.55%) without effect and the total effects were 92.45%;in the control group, 21 cases (39.62%) were markedly effective, 20 cases (37.74%) effective, 12 cases (22.64%) without effect and the total effects were 77.36%. In the comparison of the clinical effect, the differences of the two groups had statistical meaning (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Combined with the conventional therapy, the auxiliary dietotherapeutical treatment is beneficial to the healing of the oral ulcer and its effects are notable.
