基于灾害链效应的小秦岭乱石沟矿山泥石流风险评价 被引量:7

摘要 矿产开采过程中,矿渣堆普遍沿沟谷呈串珠状分布,若下级矿渣堆受到上级矿渣堆泥石流的冲击、加载作用,其失稳起动概率及矿渣流量将明显增加,这种空间逐级影响所表现出的灾害链效应是矿山泥石流灾害作用的重要特征。以小秦岭枣香峪乱石沟矿山泥石流为例,在计算矿山泥石流失稳滑动距离的基础上,分析各矿山泥石流灾害体之间潜在的链式触发关系,开展危险性、易损性和风险的评价研究;通过与未考虑灾害链效应的风险评价结果进行对比,结果表明灾害链效应对沟谷流域矿山泥石流灾害风险评价具有合理性,可以为乱石沟泥石流防治工程的布设提供科学依据。 During the process of mining, slagheaps distributed along the valley like bead. If the secondary slagheap impacted by the higher one, the failure probability and slag flow will be markedly increased. The disaster chain effect expressed by the space influence is an important feature of mine debris flow. Taking Luanshi Zaoxiang Valley, Little Qinling mountain as an example, based on the calculation of runout distance of debris flow, this paper analyzes the triggering relationship between the slagheaps and assesses the hazard, vulnerability and risk. According to the comparison with the risk assessment without considering disaster chain effect, the disaster chain effect is very important for the risk assessment of mine debris flow in the valley watershed. Meantime, the risk zonation provides references for the layout of control engineering in Luanshi Valley.
