摘要
结合某连续刚构桥施工,对悬臂施工菱形挂篮的组成构造进行说明,对其主桁架受力及变形进行验算,并对挂篮加工、组拼和检验等进行介绍。通过工程应用,证明所设计的挂篮具有构造简单、使用方便以及满足施工要求等特点,设计的挂篮结构对今后同类桥梁施工具有一定的借鉴意义。
The combination of a continuous rigid frame bridge construction, composition structure of rhombic hanging basket cantilever construction are described, the main truss stress and deformation calculation was done, and the hanging basket processing, assembling and testing were introduced, by the engineering application shows that the hanging basket is designed in this paper has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient making and to meet the construction requirements, the hanging basket structure designed in this paper has certain reference significance to the construction of similar bridges in the future.
