摘要
为探究气流与温度对消声器模态参数的影响,以简单膨胀腔为例,运用试验和仿真方法分析了常温无流、气固耦合和热固耦合三种模态。比较发现,前10阶模态参数中,相对常温无流而言,气固耦合的模态频率变化较小,除了第9和第10阶振型没有对应外,其它阶的振型与常温无流模态振型基本一致;当考虑热应力与大变形时,热固耦合的模态频率与振型的变化都较大。进一步基于热固耦合模态进行了消声器温度场与结构场耦合的声学计算,揭示了耦合模态在相关分析中的应用。
To explore the effects of air flow and temperature on muffler modal parameters, a simple expansion chamber is taken as an example, and simulation and test methods are used for modal analysis of normal temperature without flow, gas-solid coupled and thermal solid coupled. The results show that compared with the condition of normal temperature and no flow, there are few changes for the first 10 order gas-solid coupling modal frequency and with the exception of the ninth and tenth order modal shapes, other orders are basically corresponding. When considering the thermal stress and large deformation, there are large changes on modal frequencies and modal shapes of thermal structure coupling. Further muffler acoustic response of coupling temperature field and structure field is calculated based on thermal-solid coupling modal,which indicates the application of coupled modal in related analysis.
