摘要 通过分析永磁材料磁特性、转子结构形式、电枢绕组方式和控制策略对永磁同步驱动电机性能的影响,选用具有高剩磁感应强度、高内禀矫顽力和高最大磁能积的钕铁硼稀土永磁材料,采用稳态性能好、功率密度高的内嵌永磁钢转子,槽满率高、铜材消耗少、齿槽转矩小的分数槽集中绕组以及直接转矩弱磁扩速控制策略,给出了提升新能源汽车永磁同步驱动电机性能的最优设计方法。 Through analyzing the influence of permanent magnet materials properties, rotor structure style, armature winding structure and control strategy on the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor, choosing NdFeB rare-earth permanent magnetic material with high remanence induction intensity, high intrinsic coercive force and high maximum magnetic energy product, adopting the built-in permanent magnetic steel rotor that can provide good steady-state performance and high power density, and the fractional slot concentrated winding form with high full rate of slot, little loss of copper material and small cogging torque, and together with the direct torque weak magnetic expansion speed control strategy, the optimal design method of improving the performance of new energy vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided.
