摘要
为研究布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性,分别对掺0、2%、3%、4%的布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料进行了配合比设计,采用GTM旋转压实剪切系统、车辙试验、单轴贯入试验对AC-20型布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料进行了试验研究,并与普通沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料进行性能对比。结果表明,布敦岩沥青改性沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性,布敦岩沥青的最佳掺量为3%。与普通沥青混合料相比,岩沥青提高了沥青混合料的抗剪强度,并且随着岩沥青掺量提高抗剪强度增大。
In order to study on buton rock asphalt (BRA) modified asphalt mixture high - temperature stability, mixture ratio design has been implemented on buton rock asphalt (BRA) modified asphalt mixture with buton rock asphalt proportion of 0, 2%, 3% and 4%. Experimental study has been carried out on AC -20 type buton rock asphalt (BRA) modified asphalt mixture adopting GTM rotating compaction shear system, wheel tracking test, uniaxial penetration test. And performance comparison has been made between ordinary asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results indicated that the buton rock asphalt (BRA) modified asphalt mixture had better high - temperature stability and has improved asphalt mixture shearing strength and its shearing strength also increased with the increase of rock asphalt content.
