摘要
采用单因素实验和正交设计试验,以分光光度法测定总黄酮含量为考察指标,研究喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部在乙醇超声提取下的最佳提取工艺并测定其含量。喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:45%乙醇,超声时间为55min,料液比为1∶25的条件下超声提取3次,总黄酮含量为2.64%。本方法具有快速、简便、经济可靠、效果显著等特点,可为开发和利用喜马拉雅紫茉莉根部总黄酮成分提供科学依据。
To determine the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Mirabilis himalaica roots and determination of its content. Single factor experiments and orthogonal design to spectrophotometric deter- mination of total flavonoids as indexes, research Mirabilis himalaica roots in ethanol ultrasonic extraction under optimum extraction process and determine its content. The optimum extraction of total flavonoids Mirabilis hi- malaiea roots as follows:45% ethanol,ultrasonic time of 55min, solid -liquid ratio of 1:25 under the condi- tions of ultrasonic extraction three times, total flavonoid content was 2.64%. This method is fast, easy, econom- ical and reliable, the effect is significant, etc. , can provide a scientific basis for the development and use of the Mirabilis himalaica roots of total flavonoids.
