摘要
制备出聚酰胺酸膜后,使用热失重分析法对其进行失重分析,通过不同温度的失重点确定其热亚胺化过程中的动力学中断,准确测定了聚酰胺酸膜的热亚胺化工艺。使用热失重分析法测定的亚胺化工艺对制备出的聚酰胺酸膜进行热亚胺化,所得到的聚酰亚胺膜耐热性与理论值相符,证明了本方法的正确性和可行性。
The polyamic acid film was analyzed with thermo gravimetric. The temperature of dynamic interruptions were determinated by the point of weightlessness at diffierent temperature and it help us determine the technology of thermal imidization. The prepared polymic acid filnh was disposed by thermal inmidization which was tested by TG analysis. The results show that the heat resistance of polyimide is consistent with theoretical value. This results approved this method is correct and feasible.
