润德塔盘流体力学性能研究

摘要 润德塔盘是在林德塔盘的基础上开发的一种穿流塔盘,由倒置的固阀和各种传质元件组合而成。文中以空气-水为介质,对筛孔型润德塔盘、浮阀型润德塔盘和林德塔盘进行了实验研究,测定了多种气液负荷下的板压降、气含率、泛点气速和操作弹性,初步实验结果表明:筛孔型润德塔盘优于浮阀型润德塔盘,与林德塔盘相比,其气含率高30.9%,泛点气速高36.4%,操作弹性平均提高51.4%,提高了林德类塔盘的应用范围。 Runde tray developed on the basis of Linde tray is a combination of inverted fixed valves and a variety of mass transfer elements. The compared experiments among Runde tray of sieve pore type, Runde tray of float valve type and Linde tray respectively were performed in water-air system. The pressure drop, gas holdup, flood gas velocity and operating flexibility were measured in different loads. The results show that sieve Runde tray is superior to float Runde tray. Compared with Linde tray, the gas holdup of sieve Runde tray is 30.9% higher, flooding gas velocity is 36.4% higher and operating flexibility is 51.4% larger on average. Thus the application range of Linde type tray is distinctly increased.
