摘要
以LiOH/urea/H2O为溶剂体系,制备得到的多孔再生纤维素膜(RC)为骨架,通过热固化制得了纤维素/环氧树脂(EP)/环氧大豆油(ESBO)复合膜。研究了环氧大豆油对复合膜结构与性能的影响。采用红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉伸试验对复合膜进行结构和性能表征。结果表明纤维素参与了固化反应,而纤维素的结晶性能发生了变化;环氧大豆油含量增加,复合体系分相变得明显,材料韧性增加,强度和刚性有所降低。当环氧大豆油含量适宜时,可实现综合性能的优化。
The cellulose (RC)/epoxy resin (EP)/epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO) composite films were prepared by thermal-curing using porous regenerated cellulose prepared by LiOH/urea/H20 solution as skeleton. The influence of ESBO on the structure and the performance of composite films composites was investigated. The structure and the performance of composite films were characterized by FT-IR, DSC, XRD, SEM and mechanical properties. The results showed that cellulose involved in the curing reaction, which changed the crystal properties of cellulose. With the increasing concentration of ESBO, a two-phase structure of composite system was evident, the toughness of composite films increased, while strength and rigidity decreased. When ESBO dosage was appropriate, optimal overall performance of composite films could be achieved.
