摘要
煤炭的开采量具有不确定性、非线性的特点。而目前采用的定速运行方式使得带式输送机经常出现轻载甚至空载的状态,造成电能的浪费。介绍一种基于模糊控制、PLC、变频器的井下带式输送机控制系统,实现带式输送机调速的智能化,以此适应煤产量输出并且节约电能。同时,利用组态软件对带式输送机进行监控。
Characteristics of coal mining amount is uncertain and nonlinear, At present, the belt machine works at a constant speed. As a result, the belt machine often appears light or idle state. This results in energy waste. This paper introduces a control system of underground belt conveyor based on fuzzy control, PLC, frequency converter, realizing the intelligent belt drive. This system can adapt to coal production output and save electric energy. At the same time, the belt machine is monitored based on configuration software.
