摘要
为解决直流断路器开断小电流困难的问题,采用了并联激磁的磁吹装置。设计了"T"形和矩形导磁板结构的磁吹装置,进行了触头系统区域的吹弧磁场仿真分析计算和关键位置的磁场对比研究。仿真分析及样机小电流开断试验结果表明,采用"T"形导磁板结构磁吹装置的断路器具有更好的小电流开断能力。
Magnetic blow out device with parallel magnetic field excitation was employed to solve the problem that DC circuit breaker is hard to break low current. Magnetic blow out devices with "T" and rectangular structure magnetic conductive plates were designed and the magnetic field was calculated and comparatively analyzed in the contact system. The results of simulation and low current breaking test of the prototype indicate that the circuit breaker with magnetic blow out device of "T" structure magnetic conductive plate has better performance when breaking low current.
