废菌体/轻烧镁有机无机复合型吸附剂的研制 被引量:1

摘要 以轻烧镁为原料加入废菌体,采用盐酸酸化微波干燥工艺制备有机无机复合吸附剂,用于染料废水的处理,并通过单因素实验探索吸附剂的最佳制备条件.实验结果表明:在废菌体、轻烧镁质量比为1∶15,盐酸质量分数为3%,酸溶比例为1∶1.2,搅拌时间30 min,静置时间10 min,微波功率480 W时,所制备的吸附剂对活性艳红模拟染料废水的脱色率可达92%. In this paper,waste biomass and calcined Magnesite were selected as the rawmaterial,inorganic-organic-composite adsorbent was prepared under microwave irradiation by adding hydrochloric acid and was used to deal with dyes wastewater. Through single factor experiments it discussed the optimum adsorption conditions. The results showed that the optimum adsorption conditions as following mass ratio was 1∶ 15,acid concentration was 3 %,acid soluble proportion was 1∶ 1. 2,stirring time and standing time were 30 min and 10 min respectively,as well as the wave power was 480 W with removing rate of 92 %.
