低瓦斯矿井高瓦斯综采面瓦斯治理技术 被引量:5

Gas Control Technology for High Gas Fully Mechanized Working Face in Low Gas Mine

摘要 以镇城底矿22620综采面为研究对象,结合22620综采面的采煤工艺和地质条件,研究该综采面瓦斯浓度较高的原因,并对裂隙带瓦斯抽采机理进行探讨,提出巷帮裂隙带钻孔抽采、邻近工作面顶板裂隙带钻孔抽采、本煤层抽采的瓦斯治理技术,其中巷帮裂隙带抽采起到了上隅角埋管抽采的效果,在延长抽采时间的同时降低了成本。邻近工作面顶板裂隙带钻孔抽采为该综采面的正常有序推进创作了条件,瓦斯治理技术实施后监测设备显示:22620综采面回风流瓦斯浓度控制在0.34%以下,为综采面的安全高效有序生产提供了保障。 The 22620 fully mechanized working face of Zhenchengdi Coal Mine was taken as the research object,combined with the mining technology and geological conditions of 22620 fully mechanized face,the reason of high gas in this fully mechanized face was studied,and the mechanism of gas extraction in the fractured zone was discussed.The gas control technologies were proposed,including the drilling drainage in the fractured zone of roadway side wall,the drilling drainage in the roof fractured zone near the working face and the gas drainage in this coal seam.Especially,the drilling drainage in the fractured zone of roadway side wall,played an effect of buried tube pumping drainage on the upper corner,which could prolong the drainage time and reduce the cost.The drilling drainage in the roof fractured zone near the working face provided the conditions of normal and ordered advancing for this fully mechanized face.After the implementation of gas control technology,the monitoring equipment showed that the gas concentration was not less than 0.34% in the return airway of 22620 fully mechanized working face,which provided the guarantee for safe and efficient mining at the fully mechanized face.
