光动力治疗在皮肤疾病中的应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 光动力治疗（photodynamic therapy,PDT）是一种利用光敏剂进入体内后在肿瘤组织中聚集,并在激光照射下被激发,产生活性氧,特别是单态氧,进而导致细胞受损乃至死亡的光化学反应。随着治疗技术的日趋成熟,PDT逐渐发展为对疾病诊断和治疗有帮助的新技术。目前,光动力疗法已经成为皮肤科的主要治疗手段,已经逐渐应用在多种皮肤疾病的治疗中,包括皮肤肿瘤、炎性皮肤病、微生物性皮肤病,现就其在皮肤疾病中应用价值作一综述。
