摘要
砌块成型机在成型过程中,由于动力系统所供给的能量与负载不相匹配,造成系统能量大量损失。针对这一问题,采用变频电机驱动定量泵为动力源与改变执行元件排序的方法,对原砌块成型机液压系统进行了改进,并运用AMESim软件对改进后的液压系统和原液压系统进行仿真对比研究,结果表明改进后的液压系统能量损失减小。
That the energy from power source doesn' t match with the load in the molding process is a reason oI en- ergy loss. In order to solve this problem, the hydraulic system of original block molding machine is improved with a fixed displacement pump driven by a variable-frequency motor and a method of altering the order of hydraulic actua- tors. A comparison on performance between the former hydraulic system and the improved one is made by a simula- tion of AMESim. The result shows that the improved system consumes less energy than the former one.
