925例宫颈轻度炎症患者感染HPV及其基因型分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解衡阳地区TCT结果为轻度炎症患者人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染率及基因亚型的分布情况。方法以2012年4月-2013年4月在衡阳市妇幼保健院就诊,TCT结果为宫颈轻度炎症且自愿接受HPV检测的925例女性为研究对象,采用凯普医用核酸分子快速杂交系统检测标本中21种HPV基因,统计分析HPV感染率及HPV基因亚型分布。结果在925例宫颈轻度炎症的妇女中,有216例感染了HPV,感染率为23.35%;其中,198例(21.41%)感染HR-HPV,18例(1.95%)感染LR-HPV;以HPV16居多,其次是HPV52、HPV58、HPV53、HPV81和HPV18。172例(79.63%)为单一感染,44例(20.37%)为混合感染。宫颈轻度炎症妇女年龄高峰为18岁~29岁,以后随年龄增长逐渐下降;各年龄组HPV感染总阳性率、HR-HPV感染阳性率和LR-HPV感染阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论衡阳地区TCT结果为宫颈轻度炎症女性HPV感染率较高,且以HR-HPV感染为主;应对宫颈轻度炎症女性进行HPV检测和追踪,以便监控宫颈癌高危人群。 Objective To investigate the infection status quo of genotypes of human papillomavirus( HPV) and their distribution among cervical mild inflammation detected in Hengyang city. Methods A total of 925 women of cervical mild inflammation voluntarily who accept the detectionof HPV in Hengyang municipal maternal and child health care hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selecected as the research subjects. 21 types of HPV genes samples were detected by Cape medical nucleic acid molecules fast hybrid system The HPVs infection rate and the genetypes distribution were analyzed. Results Of 925 women with cervia mild inflammation,216 cases were infected with HPV,the infection rate of HPV was 23. 35%. Among 216 cases were infected with HPV,198 cases(21. 41%) were infected with high-risk HPV( HR-HPV),18 cases(1. 95%) were infected with low-risk HPV( LR-HPV). The 6 main HPV genotypes were HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV53,HPV81 and HPV18. The single HPV infenction rate was 79. 63%(172 cases),the rest was multiple infection(20. 37%,44 cases). The age group that there was most cases with cervical mild inflammation was from 18 years to 29 years. The cases with cervical mild inflammation were reducing with the growth of age,however the total positive rate,the HR-HPV infection rate and the LR-HPV infection rate had no statistically significant differences among all age groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The HPV infection rate among women with cervical mild inflammation is relatively higher,moreover the HR-HPV is predominant. To monitor cervical cancer high-risk groups,the screening and monitoring of HPV should be conventionally implemented among women of cervical mild inflammation.
