摘要
介绍了一条新建的热处理线步进式淬火炉、步进式回火炉的设备参数和优化设计特点,以及引进的漏磁探伤机、超声波探伤机、管端磁粉探伤机等世界先进设备的应用情况。生产实践证明:新建的淬火炉、回火炉炉膛温度均匀,水淬性能和精整线设备运行平稳,生产的钢管质量稳定可靠,可对国内其他企业新建或改造相关设备起到一定借鉴作用。
Described here in the article are the equipment parameters and optimized design characteristics of the walking-beam quenching furnace and walking-beam tempering furnace of a specific heat treatment operation line. Also involved are applications of the world advanced machines incorporated into the said operation line, including the flux leakage pipe flaw inspecting system, the ultrasonic detector and the pipe-end flaw magnetic particle detection machine, etc. Actual operation practice of the heat treatment line demonstrates that the hearth temperatures of the newly-built quenching furnace and tempering furnace are homogenous, and the water quenching performances consistent, and that the finishing line is capable of smooth operation, resulting in consistent and reliable steel pipe quality. This case is regarded as worth using as reference by other domestic companies for building or modifying their own seminar equipment.
