金钗石斛水溶性多糖与碱溶性多糖对Hela细胞增殖的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Water-soluble and Alkali-soluble Polysaccharides Extracted from Dendrobium nobile Lindle.Against Hela Cell Proliferation

摘要 目的比较金钗石斛的水溶性多糖和碱溶性多糖成分对Hela细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法应用总SOD活性检测试剂盒(WST法)对纯化金钗石斛水溶性多糖和碱溶性多糖进行测定。结果金钗石斛水溶性多糖在质量浓度较高(≥0.40mg·mL-1)时,对Hela细胞的生长有抑制作用,此作用随着质量浓度的增高而增强。而碱溶性多糖在质量浓度较低(≤0.70mg·mL-1)时,对Hela细胞的生长有抑制作用,此作用在质量浓度为0.10mg·mL-1时达到最大。结论金钗石斛水溶性多糖和碱溶性多糖在体外对Hela细胞有一定的抑制作用,而两种多糖的最强抑制质量浓度不同。 Objective To compare the effect of water- soluble and alkali- soluble polysaccharides extracted from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.against Hela cell proliferation.Methods Total SOD regant kit was applied to assay the purified water- soluble and alkali- soluble polysaccharides extracted from Dendrobium nobile.Results Proliferation of Hela cells was inhibited by water- soluble polysaccharides at high concentration(≥0.40 mg·m L^-1),and the inhibition was in concentration- dependent manner.However,alkali- soluble polysaccharides could inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells at low concentration(≤0.70 mg·m L^- 1),and the inhibition reached the peak at the concentration of 0.10mg/m L.Conclusion Proliferation of Hela cells would be inhibited by both water- soluble and alkali- soluble polysaccharides extracted from Dendrobium nobile in vitro,and the maximum inhibitive concentration of the two kinds polysaccharides is different.The results will provide certain theoretical reference for the application of different soluble polysaccharide components of Dendrobium nobile.
