摘要
采用线性极化、电化学阻抗、挂片等试验,研究了T2、TuP、B10、H62等铜合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,比较它们的腐蚀特点和腐蚀性能差异;结果表明:T2、TuP的平均腐蚀速度相近,TuP略小于T2;H62、B10的平均腐蚀速度相近,B10要小于H62H62、B10的平均腐蚀速度要明显小于T2、TuP。H62、B10的点蚀倾向性明显大于T2、TuP;挂片试验、线性极化试验、交流阻抗试验得到的四种铜合金的腐蚀规律是一致的。
The corrosion behavior of copper alloys in seawater was studied with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), linear polarization and soaking test. The results showed that the order of corrosion rates of four copper alloys is T2, TuP, H62, B10 from bigger to smaller; and the pitting susceptibility of H62, B10 is more stronger than that of T2, TuP. The results were identical from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), linear polarization and soaking test.
