摘要
以水泥、减水剂、沙子、锰渣粉为主要材料,通过经混合、成型、干燥工艺制得轻质高强锰渣混凝土,实验通过测定不同的锰渣粉含量和水泥用量条件下,对样品的坍落度、抗压强度、干表观密度、导热系数进行了分析,通过实验数据表明:锰渣粉混凝土的坍落度达到175mm,其抗压强度达到51MPa,完全满足一般施工要求,因此,锰渣粉是生产混凝土的良好材料,大面积应用锰渣混凝土,具有广阔的应用前景。
The lightweight, high strength, Manganese--slag--powder--concrete is made of cement, sand, water reducer and manganese slag powder through processes of mixing, molding and drying. The experiment is conducted to analyze the slump, compressive strength, dry apparent density and coefficient of thermal conductivity at different level of manganese slag powder content and cement dosage. The empirical data suggest that Manganese slag powder concrete slump reaches 175 mm and compressive strength reaches 51 MPa, which completely meet the general requirements of construction. Hence, manga- nese slag powder is a favorable material for the production of concrete and widespread application of manganese- slag--concrete has broad development prospect.
