摘要
Rh系统免疫性不规则抗体较为常见,但Rh系统IgM和抗-e IgM IgG抗-C较为少见。Rh系统抗体多为IgG性质,引起的输血反应为迟发性的,而IgM性质较为少见,引起的输血反应为速发型的,Rh系统新生儿溶血病多为中重度,大部分需要换血治疗。笔作发现1例患者血清中存在IgM抗-eIgM和IgG抗-C致交叉配血不合,现报告如下。
To understand antibody specificity and consistency of blood probability by detecting the antibody in the serum of patients.By serological method for blood typing,DAT,antibody determination and selection of matched blood screening,identification of the antibodies,absorption elution test,antibody titer.IgM-e and IgM/IgG anti-C antibody was detected in serum.Matched blood probability is 4%.To ensure the safety of blood transfusion,the blood cross-match should be identified in both saline and antiglobulin test.
