摘要
目的:评价益气养阴方联合痰热清治疗放射性肺炎的有效性。方法:观察68例胸部放疗后发生放射性肺炎的患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组单纯使用激素治疗。试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予痰热清静滴,3周为1个疗程,间隔1周后开始第2个疗程,共进行2个疗程;同时予益气养阴方,连服8周。治疗结束后评价疗效。结果:试验组治疗指数为(14.93±3.49),对照组治疗指数为(11.71±1.08),试验组优于对照组;Watters呼吸困难评分试验组治疗前后差值为(1.76±5.27);对照组治疗前后差值为(1.19±4.33),试验组优于对照组;症状疗效试验组无效率为32%,对照组无效率为57%,差异有统计学意义;卡氏评分状况试验组提高、稳定、降低分别为31%、52%、17%,对照组分别为19%、36%、45%,差异具有统计学意义;继发感染概率试验组为41.7%,对照组65.7%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:激素联合清热解毒之痰热清、益气养阴之生脉散治疗放射性肺炎可有效控制放射性肺炎,提高患者生存质量。
Objective： To investigate the effectiveness of the prescription based on Shengmai San and Tare Qing in treatment of radioactive pneumonia.Methods： 68 cases with chest radioactive pneumonia patients after radiotherapy are randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The two groups are given DXM once daily by intravenous drop.The course lasted 2 weeks, then gradually reduce the dose in the 3rd week. At the same time, the patients of observation group are given Tare Qing 20 m L by intravenous drop once daily, the course lasts 3 weeks, and to repeat another course after a week after the first course.The patients of observation also have to oral the prescription based on Shengmai San for 8 weeks.Then evaluate the effect of the treatment.Consequence： The treatment index of observation group is 14.93±3.49（P〈0.05）, the control group is 11.71±1.08（P〈0.05）;The difference of Watters Dyspnea scores after treatment are 1.76 ±5.27（P〈0.05） in observation group, and1.19±4.33（P〈0.05） in control group;As to the symptom curative effect, the observation group without efficiency is 32%, and the other group is 57%（P〈0.05）.It is 31% of increased, 52% of stability, 17% of lower in observation group, the control group is 19%, 36%, 45%（P〈0.05）;The probability of in infection in observation is 41.7%, and it is 65.7% in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is effective to use the Tare Qing,prescription based on Shengmai San, and DXM in the treatment of radiation pneumonia.This can improve the quality of survival.
