摘要
[目的]利用钠化及层间剥离处理后蒙脱石的高分散性和吸附性,研制具有缓释性能的乙草胺悬浮剂。[方法]通过悬浮率、分散性和贮存稳定性测试考察悬浮剂配方对制剂悬浮率和稳定性的影响,采用土壤薄层释放实验考察悬浮剂的缓释作用。[结果]当阳离子乳化剂和增稠剂的用量分别为蒙脱石的15%(质量分数,下同)和10%时,所得悬浮剂的悬浮稳定性优良,同时可以延缓活性成分的释放,提高活性成分在土壤表层的持留。[结论]蒙脱石基乙草胺悬浮剂具有环境友好、易喷洒施用、缓释性等优点。
[Aims] A novel slow-release acetochlor suspension concentrate (SC) was prepared from montmorillonite took advantage of the high dispersibility and adsorption capacity after sodium modified and interlayer stripping treatment. [Methods] The influences of SC formulation on its suspensibility and stability was investigated by measuring the suspension ratio, dispersibility and storage stability, in addition, its slow-release property was measured by release experiment through a thin soil layer. [Results] The acetochlor SC with good suspension stability was obtained when the mass ratio of cationic emulsifier, thickener to montmorillonite was 15 and 10%. The release of active ingredient was slow, which could improve the retention of active ingredient in topsoil. [Conclusions] The montmorillonite-based acetochlor SC has the advantages of environmental friendly, easy application and slow-release property.
