摘要 针对唐山矿选煤厂煤泥水难沉降的问题,结合煤泥水性质进行絮凝沉降试验,确定最佳药剂种类和用量,并在此基础上进行工业试验。试验结果表明:在试验条件下,絮凝剂和凝聚剂分别选用PAM-2010和PAC,且吨煤泥用量分别为20、46.7 g时,浓缩机溢流浓度为8.50 g/L,浑浊面沉降速度较快,上清液浊度较低,煤泥水沉降效果最好。 To solve the problem of difficult slurry settling in coal slurry treatment process,flocculation settling test was carried out to determine optimal reagent kinds and dosage according to properties of coal slurry,then industrial test is made on this basis. The results show that concentration of thickener overflow is up to 8. 50 g / L,particles existing in turbid liquid level is faster settling as well as supernatant turbidity is lower,and that the best settling effect of coal slurry is obtained when raw coal consumption is up to20 g / t,46. 7 g / t using PAM-2010 flocculant,PAC coagulant respectively under test condition.
