摘要
利用多工位级进模成形某一钩形零件,在原送料方向实现零件的冲裁→压印→导正→整形→预弯曲,零件运动方向转90°后实现弯曲和整形,结合气动、定点控制、红外检测等技术,通过Pro/E软件设计实现各运动结构之间的干涉检查及模具的运动仿真。
A multi-position progressive die was designed to forming a hook. It finished the blanking, printing, guiding, restriking, pre-bending of parts in the original feed direction and bending, restiking of parts after rotating 90° from the original feed direction. The interference of moving structures was checked and the die movement was simulated by Pro/E software combined to pneumatic, point control and infrared detection technology.
