摘要 农业机器人技术是一个国家农业机械化创新水平的标志,但机器人技术在推广中受到了动力的制约。作为机器人动力源的蓄电池,需快速、高效、智能的充电设备补给能量。该文设计了基于模糊自适应PID的快速充电系统,以单片机PIC16F887为控制核心,应用模糊自适应PID算法设计了电流环和电压环2个模糊控制器。仿真和试验证明此系统具有稳定性能好、动态响应速度快、充电时间短、效率高等优点,实现了充电的智能化和快速化。 Agricultural Robotics was a symbol of national agricultural mechanization level of innovation,but by the power of robotics constraints in the promotion process. As the robot battery power source,need quick,efficient and intelligent energy supplies charging equipment. This paper was designed based on fuzzy adaptive PID rapid charging system. Use PIC16F887 mierocontroller as control core,fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm designed current loop and volt- age loop two fuzzy controllers. The simulation and experiment proves that the system has good stability,fast dynamic response ,the charging time was short ,and high efficiency,implements intelligent and fast charging technology.
