摘要
目的:研究冬泳锻炼对甲状腺能量代谢的反馈调节功能,分析冬泳对单纯性甲状腺肿的预防和治疗作用。方法:研究对象20例患有甲状腺疾病的冬泳爱好者,采集受测对象的血液制作甲状腺测试标本,对甲状腺患者的血液含量进行Agr C蛋白脂质体的自我磷酸化活性检测,测定冬泳训练过程中产生的甲状腺能量代谢激素对甲状腺功能亢进增强的抑制模型的显著差异性。结果:测试组1经过为期1个月的冬泳锻炼,每天不少于15 min的冬泳运动,PCWP均值上升为21.2,CI值上升为39;测试组2经过为期1个月,每天不少于15 min的冬泳运动,PCWP均值上升为22.7,CI值上升为41。结论:采用冬泳锻炼方法,对甲状腺疾病具有显著的改善作用,在冬泳锻炼过程中,皮肤血管急剧收缩,大量血液被吸入内脏器官及深部组织,增强了甲状腺血管的弹性。
Objective: To study the winter swimming exercise feedback regulation of energy metabolism of thyroid function,the preventive and therapeutic effects of winter swimming on the analysis of simple goiter. Methods: The city swimming association in 20 patients with thyroid disease swimmers. Acquisition subjects blood making thyroid test specimens, Agr C protein liposome on blood content of thyroid patients self phosphorylation activity detection, significant difference of inhibition model enhanced hyperthyroidism by thyroid hormone determination of energy metabolism during winter training. Results:The test group taken 1 month of winter swimming, every day not less than 15 min of winter swimming exercise, the mean PCWP rose to 21.2, the CI value increased to 39; the test group was 2 after 1 months, every day not less than 15 min of winter swimming. Conclusion: The winter swimming exercise, can improve the effect on thyroid diseases in winter swimming exercise process, the skin blood vessels contracted sharply, a large number of blood is sucked into the internal organs and deep tissue, enhance the elasticity of blood vessels of thyroid gland.
