渔业资源增殖放流技术和管理现状研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 鱼和虾富含蛋白质,维生素和矿物质,与其它的肉类相比具有低脂肪的优点。全球对渔和虾的需求日趋上涨。然而过度捕捞,水体污染等人为干扰因素使得渔业资源状况在全球范围均呈现逐年下降的趋势。增殖放流不仅能够修复生态环境,而且能够缓解渔业资源紧缺的现状。对渔业资源增殖放流的技术和管理现状做一综述和总结。 Fishes and shrimps contain rich proteins, vitamins and mineral substances, and they have the advantage of low content of fat in comparison with other meats. The global demand for fish and shrimp is gradually increasing. However, excessive fishing, water pollution and other artificial interventions have caused the gradual reduction of fishery resources production every year. The enhancement of fishery resources can not only restore ecological environment, but also alleviate the status of fishery resources lack. Current skills and management in fishery resources enhancement are summarized and reviewed herein.
