极低频磁场暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Extremely Low Frequency Magnetic Fields Exposure on Zebrafish(Danio rerio) Embryos Development

摘要 为探讨极低频磁场暴露对鱼类胚胎发育的影响,选取模式鱼种斑马鱼为研究对象,研究了磁场间歇暴露的胚胎发育效应。分别将斑马鱼受精卵置于频率为50 Hz、磁感应强度为100和200μT的磁场中,每个磁感应强度按照不同时间暴露模式分为"1 h暴露/5 h间歇"、"2 h暴露/4 h间歇"、"3 h暴露/3 h间歇"和全天暴露组,统计分析了各组别间斑马鱼胚胎发育相关指标的差异。研究结果表明:在斑马鱼胚胎发育至96 h时,50 Hz、100μT的磁场暴露组胚胎存活率、畸形率、孵化率和心率均与对照组无显著性差异(P〉0.05);在斑马鱼胚胎发育至48-60 h时,50 Hz、200μT的磁场暴露组胚胎孵化率降低(P〈0.05),在发育至36-60 h时,心率降低(P〈0.05),但在发育至72 h时,各指标恢复(P〉0.05)。可得结论:50 Hz、100μT磁场暴露对斑马鱼胚胎发育无显著影响;50 Hz、200μT磁场暴露会延迟斑马鱼胚胎发育,降低斑马鱼心率,但具有可恢复的特点。 To explore the impact of extremely low frequency magnetic fields(ELF-MFs) on fish embryos development, we selected Zebrafish(Danio rerio) as a model and observed the embryos development intermittently exposed magnetic fields. Fertilized eggs of Zebrafish were exposed to 50 Hz magnetic field of 100 and 200 μT, respectively. Exposure treatments were divided into four groups, namely "1 h on/5 h off", "2 h on/4 h off", "3 h on/3 h off" and all-day exposure. Related indicators of the embryos development were compared and analyzed statistically among the control and exposure groups during 96 hour post fertilization. No significant differences(P〉0.05) were observed in the survival rate, abnormality rate, hatching rate, and heart rate between control group and the 100 μT ELF-MF exposure groups. In the meantime, compared with control group, the 200 μT ELF-MF exposure groups had significant decrease(P〈0.05) in hatching rate at 48- 60 h and heart rate at 36-60 h, though these variations recovered in 72 h post fertilization(P〉0.05). In conclusion, 50 Hz, 100 μT ELF-MF exposures have no significant influence on fish embryos development, while 50 Hz, 200 μT ELF-MF exposures cause recoverable incubation delay and heart rate decrease.
