摘要
在分析交通安全现状的基础上,站在道路安全管理的角度,在交通管理系统、车联网和自动驾驶系统等方面对美国、日本和欧洲的智能交通系统研究现状进行了系统总结与分析。同时,对我国智能交通系统安全管理措施和技术应用状况进行了分析。最后对我国交通安全科技的发展趋势进行了探讨并提出了建议:需重视智能汽车技术的开发;提升车辆主被动安全技术水平;研究车联网环境下的道路交通安全主动防控技术;促进道路交通网络优化控制技术的研发与应用。力求到2020年在重点技术领域取得突破,在主要关键技术领域内取得具有应用价值的重大成果。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of intelligent transportation system,the development of ITS around the world is summarized.Then,the developments in USA,Japan,Europe and China are analyzed,including the systems of intelligent traffic management,connected vehicle and automatic driving system are also presented.Finally,some key points and suggestions to promote the development of ITS are proposed,such as to develop the intelligent vehicle technologies and to promote the level of the active safety technologies,as well as the application and development of the road traffic safety active control technologies and the road traffic network optimization control technology.With the purpose of making significant achievements in the application of ITS,some key technologies should be developed before 2020.
