摘要
以某洞库工程主洞室中层开挖施工为背景,洞室基岩为中粗粒花岗岩,其间穿插其它岩脉,如何保证安全和洞库工程的成型质量最为关键。在高直边墙中,采用预裂爆破技术,在对中层开挖方案研究的基础上,通过试验确定了预裂爆破参数和围岩Q值的选取,成功实现了大型洞室高直边墙预裂爆破,大大提高了洞库工程成型质量,并确保了安全。
Taking the excavation in the middle of major cavity in a cavern project as the background,the bedrock thereof is coarse-grained granite with other dykes interspersed therein,thus the key points most important are to guarantee the safety and control the forming quality of the cavern. For the high straight wall,pre-splitting blasting technique was applied in such manner that,based on the study on the middle excavation scheme,the pre-splitting blasting parameters were defined and the Q value of surrounding rock selected by testing so as to implement pre-splitting blasting on high straight wall of large cavern successfully and improve the forming quality thereof with guarantee of safety. This can be for reference to similar works.
