摘要
脉动式无级变速器以其结构简单、传动可靠等优点而得到广泛应用。文章详细的综述了目前国内外脉动式无级变速器的发展现状及趋势。根据脉动发生机构的性能要求、结构特点和过去机构存在的不足,据此提出了采用凸轮连杆组合机构作为脉动发生机构。对对心式样机进行了性能测试和分析样机存在不足并提出改进。实验数据验证了设想可行性,效果明显优于过去产品。
Pulse CVT( continuously variable transmission) has been widely used for its advantages such as simple structure,reliable transmission. In this paper,the current state and development trend of pulse CVT are introduced. According to structural features,performance demands and the shortcomings of out-of data mechanism,camlinkage mechanism as pulse generator mechanism has been put forward. Through testing the performance of the prototype machines of in-line pulse CVT,analyzes the lacks of prototype is analyzed,and the improving solutions is proposed. The experimental results show that the feasibility of cam-linkage mechanism as pulse generator mechanism is valideted which is obviously better than that of past products.
