摘要
在智能移动终端高速发展的大潮中,MEMS地磁传感器也得到了广泛应用。但是由于地磁传感器本身的特点,设计中往往会遇到诸多限制,一方面给工程设计带来了不便和难度,另外一个方面也限制了地磁传感器的发展。项目研究过程中针对地磁传感器对其附近要求不能走大电流信号的问题,通过理论分析和实践验证,提出了一套完整的自适应补偿算法,突破了该限制,提高了地磁扛干扰能力,给工程设计带来了便利,已获得批量应用,效果非常好。
With the high-speed development of mobile terminals,the MEMS Geomagnetic Sensor wins widespread use right now. But because of the characteristic of Geomagnetic Sensor,it may encounter many constraints in the engineering designs. On the one hand these limits may bring the inconvenience and difficulty into design. On the other hand it confines the development of Geomagnetic Sensor. The research focuses on the problem which it doesn't permit the big current signal to go around the Geomagnetic Sensor. By means of theoretical analysis and practical validation,a complete set of adaptive compensation algorithm are put forward. It not only breaks through that limit,but also improves the immunity of Geomagnetic Sensor from interference and brings engineering design convenience. As a result,its effect is very good in mass produce.
