摘要
研究了经电动汽车使用后的磷酸铁锂动力电池容量衰减原因。采用场发射电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X-射线衍射光谱仪(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)和拉曼光谱等测试手段对使用后的锂离子电池电极材料进行了表征。结果表明,活性锂离子损失是电动汽车使用后锂离子电池容量衰减的最主要原因,而活性锂离子损失主要来源于SEI膜的溶解与再生、电极活性材料的损失及电解液的分解。
Capacity fade mechanisms of LiFePO4/graphite cells after the use of electric vehicle were studied.The charactistics of structure and morphology were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction spectrometer(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS),and Raman spectrometer.The results showed that capacity fading of lithium-ion cells can be attributed primarily to the lithium inventory loss.The fade of electrode materials,the decomposing of electrolyte,and the SEI destruction and growth on graphite anode surface were found to the main cause for the lithium inventory loss.
