摘要
用工业碳酸钠作稀土沉淀剂,制得了易沉降、易过滤的碳酸稀土。通过沉淀过程的条件控制,可以将碳酸钠沉淀的处理量提高到与碳酸氢铵的相当水平。这种碳酸稀土灼烧成氧化物,各项质量指标均优于产品国家标准。氧化物产品中的关键杂质指标可达到Cl-<0.02%,Na2O<0.01%。
Rare earth carbonates with good characteristics both in sedimentation and filtration have been pre- pared by using industrial grade sodium carbonate. By controlling the precipitation conditions, the operation capacity of sodium carbonate processing can be increased up to the level of ammonium hydrogen carbonate processing. The oxides which are obtained from the above-prepared rare earth carbonates show the quality preceding the requirement in the relevent national standard. The two key impurities in the above oxides, C1- and Na20, can be less than 0.02% and 0. 01% respectively.
